We offer one-day workshops in the use of the Socratic method in high school classrooms at no charge to high school teachers. Workshops accommodate 10-15 teachers and use one of our study guides as material to demonstrate the best way to engage students and develop a habit of inquiry in your classroom.

“This workshop was very helpful. It allowed me to better understand how Socratic seminars can encourage deeper understanding of texts and engage students in meaningful discussion. As a teacher and coach, I believe it’s important to create a classroom culture that invites critical thinking and the sharing of personal perspectives. The workshop modeled the approach and offered guidance to teachers who wish to adopt this practice in their own classrooms.”
– Instructional Coach, Greater Essex County District School Board
